A typical North Limburg detached house

Back to Projects

A typical North Limburg detached house from the Peel and Maas area, located directly on the river Meuse. Such a beautiful setting and characteristic appearance of a house is obviously important to preserve. In addition, the roof shape of the south-facing roof section lends itself somewhat less well to larger solar panels. Solinso Mystique offered the perfect solution here. In a major roof renovation provided by Dakdekkersbedrijf Versteegen from Panningen, all the old 1970s/80s concrete roof tiles were replaced with black ceramic tiles. The ceramic roof tiles last much longer and give the house a chic look, doing it full justice. In this way, sustainability and energy saving go beautifully hand in hand. Since the residents are already very energy-conscious, the entire electricity requirement can be covered.
