Roof renovation of a hipped roof still in good condition, to integrate solar energy beautifully and invisibly into the roof. Hipped roofs (roofs with sloping sides and hips) are generally not well-suited for traditional solar panels due to the trapezoid and/or pyramid-shaped sections. In this case, the available space was further limited by a dormer on the south-facing roof.
The application of Solinso Mystiek around and even on top of the dormer proved to be the best solution to seamlessly integrate solar energy into the roof. The installation was aligned with the pattern of the roof tiles, ensuring a harmonious design. The project was carried out by LDS Energy from Voerendaal, in collaboration with a local roofer.
