With smart size combinations, you can utilise your roof to its full potential!

The smaller sizes of solar roof tiles perfectly complement the larger models (1500 and 1498). This means that even complex roof surfaces, such as those around roof windows, chimneys, or sloping corners, can be used to their full potential for energy generation. Thanks to these compact variants, limitations disappear and every roof surface remains productive.

The Solinso 1500 solar roof tile is complemented by the 900 or 600, the 1498 by the 748. All are available in two versions: Mystiek and TerraCotta, so that the aesthetics of the roof are preserved while maximising efficiency.

Smart size combinations

A solar roof tile solution for every roof

The 1500/900/600 models are suitable for flat concrete tiles such as the Nelskamp Planum and the Braas Monier Tegalit (standard width 300 mm). The 1498/748 models fit perfectly with the Nelskamp G10, DS10 and R10.

Solinso 1500/900

The 1500 is five tiles wide and is the powerhouse for large, straight roof surfaces. It quickly utilises a large roof surface for maximum energy generation. The 900 (formerly 600) perfectly complements it on more complex roofs. For narrow roof sections where the 1500 does not fit, the 900 offers the solution, so that even the last bit of roof can be used for sustainable energy.

Solinso 1498/748

The 1498 covers large roof surfaces, while the 748, as a ‘half’ solar roof tile, fits perfectly on narrower sections. This combination ensures more efficient use of the square metres, higher yields and preservation of the aesthetic appearance of the roof.

Why the smaller Solinso models?

Whereas the large solar roof tiles excel on large, straight roof surfaces, the small solinsos really come into their own when a roof has a more complex layout. Consider roof windows, dormer windows, chimneys, or sloping connections — areas where residual strips often remain that cannot be utilised with standard panels.

This is precisely where the smaller models make a difference. Thanks to their narrower width, these models can also fill difficult roof sections. This ensures:

Versions of Solinso models

All Solinso solar roof tiles are available in two versions, so that every roof not only delivers maximum returns, but also visually matches the desired style:

  • Mystiek – A sleek, deep black design that blends seamlessly with modern roofs and enhances a minimalist look.

  • TerraCotta – A warm red finish that complements traditional tiled roofs and creates an authentic, classic look.

Whichever size combination is chosen, both variants combine the same advanced solar energy technology with aesthetics that match the character of the building.

Roof filling & future-proof

With smart size combinations, every roof can be fully utilised for solar energy, regardless of the complexity of the roof. Narrow roof sections, sloping angles or difficult connections are no longer a limitation.

This roof-filling approach not only ensures maximum energy generation, but also preserves the aesthetic quality of the roof. Both modern new buildings and traditional properties benefit from a sleek, harmonious design. Even better, the installation is future-proof: the panels are durable, low-maintenance, and deliver years of returns.
